Ava Pough
Graduate of Millbrook High School
Daughter of VonGretchen Pough who attended Enloe High School
Ava plans to study abroad during her undergraduate years at UNC
Charlotte.
After earning her degree in Business Administration with a minor in
Spanish, she aims to pursue career opportunities with the goal of becoming the
Head of Operations for an NBA or professional sports team.
Samantha Peebles
Graduate of Rolesville High School
Daughter of Nicole Peebles who attended Broughton High School
Samantha has enrolled in Wake Technical Community College's
transfer program, focusing on Architecture and /or Civil Engineering. Upon completion,
she intends to transfer to an out-of-state university to pursue a 4+1-degree program that
will enable her to earn both a bachelor's and master's degree in engineering.
Olivia Pugh
Graduate of Garner Magnet High School
Daughter of Shannon Cannady and Jerry Pugh graduates of Enloe High School
Olivia Pugh, a 2025 graduate in the International Baccalaureate Program. Olivia
plans to attend North Carolina State University this fall majoring in Nutrition Science and
minoring her sophomore year in Exercise Sports Science. Her focus is to become a
physical therapist after a rewarding internship opportunity in high school and
participating in HOSA. Olivia wants to help people with physical mobility limitations and
encourage and help communities understand how to heal their bodies with food. She
would particularly love to focus on pediatric and adolescent physical therapy with hopes
to redirect poor habits early and or improve good habits both physically and
nutritionally.
